How to get your account SMS verified

One of the three requirements for participating in Valorant Premier is having your Valorant account SMS verified. This means you will need to link your phone number to your account.

This measure was put in place to prevent players to enter Valorant Premier with their smurf accounts. This wouldn't be fair and would make some divisions very unbalanced.

If you have ever played the League of Legends Clash mode, then you already have your phone number linked to your account. However, if you never played the Riot Games MOBA, chances are you will need to connect your phone number to your main Valorant account.

To do that, you need to go to the Premier tab on the Valorant client. Then, click on the Verify Now panel, and chose the Verify option. You will then need to, enter your country, then your area code, and your phone number. If you don't know your country code, you can check this list.
