Club: Huesca (on loan from Watford)
Country: Colombia
Work rate: High/Medium
Best stats: 88 acceleration, 83 sprint speed, 78 finishing
Cost: n/a
Wage: £28,000 a week
Juan Camilo “Cucho” Hernandez was surprisingly signed by Watford last year, after impressing at Deportivo Pereira in his native Colombia. He had previously struggled at America de Cali, but he's back on track at Spanish side Huesca. The striker has extended his loan by another year after scoring 16 goals in 31 games so far.
The 19-year-old Hernandez has abilities of 88 acceleration, 83 sprint speed and 78 finishing on FIFA 19, with his 75 overall able to improve to 81 on Career Mode. You will need to wait until his loan spell has finished to sign him, where you will need around £14 million and wages of £28,000 a week.
Moise Kean (OVR 72 – POT 87)
Age: 18
Positions: ST
Club: Juventus
Country: Italy
Work rate: High/Medium
Best stats: 79 sprint speed, 75 acceleration, 75 finishing
Cost: £13 million (release clause)
Wage: £32,000 a week
After impressing for the Juventus youth team, Moise Kean was handed a first opportunity with the senior side in 2017, becoming the first player born in the 2000s to compete in one of Europe’s four major leagues, and then the first to appear in the Champions League. He scored his first Juve goal at the end of the season, but found himself on loan at Hellas Verona last season, scoring four times in 20 games. Now back with the Italian champions, he will eye a better return.
79 sprint speed, 75 acceleration and 75 finishing give Kean a 72 overall, rising to a potential of 87. That will cost you his reasonable £13 million release clause and wages of £32,000 a week on FIFA 19.
Rafael Leao (OVR 72 – POT 86)
Age: 19
Positions: ST, LM
Club: Lille
Country: Portugal
Work rate: High/Low
Best stats: 87 acceleration, 85 sprint speed, 77 strength
Cost: £12 million
Wage: £12,000 a week
Rafael Leao made just five appearances for Sporting Lisbon last season, but two goals and an assist in that time were enough for Lille to make a move for the forward. The striker or left midfielder arrived on a free transfer, but he is yet to make his debut for his new employers.
Portugal U21 international Leao has an overall rating of 72 which can improve to an 86 potential. Abilities of 87 acceleration, 85 sprint speed and 77 strength will cost around £12 million along with £12,000 a week wages.
Maximiliano Romero (OVR 70 – POT 85)
Age: 19
Positions: ST
Club: PSV Eindhoven
Country: Argentina
Work rate: Medium/Low
Best stats: 83 jumping, 77 acceleration, 75 finishing
Cost: £6.8 million (release clause)
Wage: £7,000 a week
Maximiliano Romero has featured just once for PSV Eindhoven’s first team, but it was his quality at previous club Velez Sarsfield that have taken him into our wonderkid FIFA 19 strikers list. The Argentine scored nine goals over three seasons in his homeland, an impressive feat given he made his debut aged 17.
83 jumping, 77 acceleration and 75 finishing give Romero a 70 overall which is on course to reach an 85 potential. That talent is available for just £6.8 million with wages starting at £7,000 a week.
Jann-Fiete Arp (OVR 69 – POT 88)
Age: 18
Positions: ST
Club: Hamburg
Country: Germany
Work rate: Medium/Medium
Best stats: 80 agility, 74 finishing, 74 positioning
Cost: £4.3 million (release clause)
Wage: £5,000 a week
Hamburg suffered their first ever relegation from the Bundesliga last season, but the silver lining was that their difficult campaign gave plenty of opportunity for young striker Jann-Fiete Arp. The 18-year-old made 19 appearances last season, scoring three times, something he can improve on in the Bundesliga this year.
Striker Arp has a fantastic £4.3 million release clause and wages of £5,000 a week. That will get you his 69 overall and 88 potential, along with his attributes of 80 agility, 74 finishing and 74 positioning.
Timothy Weah (OVR 69 – POT 86)
Age: 18
Positions: ST, LW
Club: Paris Saint-Germain
Country: United States
Work rate: High/Medium
Best stats: 83 acceleration, 83 sprint speed, 71 finishing
Cost: £4.5 million
Wage: £21,000 a week
Son of Monaco, PSG and AC Milan legend and now president of Liberia George Weah, Timothy Weah is emerging as a bright prospect. The striker or left winger is on PSG books but has only made two appearances as he looks for opportunities behind the attacking trio of Neymar (OVR 92), Edinson Cavani (OVR 89) and Kylian Mbappe (OVR 87). He is already a United States international however, choosing his country of birth over an approach from France, and has one goal to show from his first five caps.
Sharp abilities of 83 acceleration, 83 sprint speed and 71 finishing give Weah a 69 overall which can improve to an 86 potential. You need around £4.5 million to sign him with wages of £21,000 a week.
Leo Jaba (OVR 69 – POT 84)
Age: 19
Positions: ST, LM
Club: PAOK
Country: Brazil
Work rate: High/Low
Best stats: 84 sprint speed, 78 acceleration, 74 dribbling
Cost: £4.2 million
Wage: £880 a week
Leo Jaba joined Greek side PAOK from Akhmat Grozny in the summer, but it is difficult to see the demand for the player with just four professional career goals to his name. The striker or left midfielder only left Corinthians a year ago, and has 11 caps for Brazil U20s, so he must have a special talent.
Jaba hold stats of 84 sprint speed, 78 acceleration and 74 dribbling on the game, taking him to an overall rating of 69, with the potential to hit 84. Abilities of 84 sprint speed, 78 acceleration and 74 dribbling will cost you £4.2 million and wages of just £880 a week, but you must wait until January.
Alexander Isak (OVR 69 – POT 83)
Age: 19
Positions: ST
Club: Borussia Dortmund
Country: Sweden
Work rate: Medium/Medium
Best stats: 78 acceleration, 77 agility, 76 sprint speed
Cost: £4 million
Wage: £15,000 a week
Earmarked as a top talent, the 19-year-old Alexander Isak has already worked his way into the Sweden national team. The Borussia Dortmund man has made 13 appearances for the club, scoring once from just 280 minutes of action, but it was his performances at previous club AIK (13 goals in 29 games) that has caused a stir.
Isak’s abilities of 78 acceleration, 77 agility and 76 sprint speed add to his 69 overall which can improve to an 83 potential. You can sign the forward for £4 million with wages of £15,000 a week.
Ben Brereton (OVR 69 – POT 83)
Age: 19
Positions: ST, RM
Club: Blackburn Rovers (on loan from Nottingham Forest)
Country: England
Work rate: High/High
Best stats: 88 acceleration, 85 sprint speed, 75 agility
Cost: n/a
Wage: £16,000 a week
Ben Brereton looks to be another top talent, but he needs to add more goals to his game if he is ever going to make the step up to the Premier League. Over the past two seasons at Nottingham Forest he has scored eight Championship goals from 53 appearances, and has been loaned out to Blackburn Rovers this year as a result.
Brereton earns a 69 overall rating on FIFA 19, which can rise to a potential of 83. He has pacey stats with 88 acceleration, 85 sprint speed and 75 agility, but you will need to wait until January to sign him. Try and grab him for just over £3.5 million with wages of £16,000 a week.
Joaquin Ardaiz (OVR 69 – POT 82)
Age: 19
Positions: ST
Club: Frosinone
Country: Uruguay
Work rate: Medium/Medium
Best stats: 87 sprint speed, 82 acceleration, 80 jumping
Cost: £3.8 million
Wage: £6,000 a week
In real life, Joaquin Ardaiz is only on loan at Frosinone from Swiss second division club Chiasso, but that move has been made permanent on FIFA 19's Career Mode. The Uruguayan is another player with not many goals to his name, scoring just four times back in his homeland before scoring five for Royal Antwerp in Belgian last season.
Stats of 87 sprint speed, 82 acceleration and 80 jumping give Ardaiz a 69 overall, which can improve to a potential of 82. £3.8 million should get you your man with wages of £6,000 a week, but you will need to hold off until January.
