Genshin Impact Arlecchino Full Kit, Constellations, & Materials

Ranked fourth among the eleven formidable Fatui Harbingers, Arlecchino has brought something entirely new to the table, setting the battlefield ablaze with her unique kit.

All eyes are still on Arlecchino, the newest 5-star to arrive in Genshin Impact! Despite her brief appearance in the Fontaine Archon Quest, Arlecchino's sharp wit and ominous presence left a lasting impression on players.

Arlecchino kit guide: All abilities explained

Rising from the ranks of the Fatui Harbingers, Arlecchino is a 5-star Pyro sword user who thrives as an on-field DPS. Unlike other characters, she doesn't rely on traditional healing methods. Instead, Arlecchino utilizes a unique mechanic called Bond of Life (BoL) to fuel her immense damage output.

Arlecchino Normal Attacks

Invitation to a Beheading

• Normal Attack: Performs up to 6 consecutive strikes
• Charged Attack: Consumes a fixed amount of Stamina to dash toward a nearby opponent, cleaving once
  • Holding this key will cause Arlecchino to consume Stamina and engage in up to 5 seconds of high-speed movement
• Plunging Attack: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along her path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact

Masque of the Red Death

This passive ability activates when Arlecchino's Bond of Life reaches 30% or higher of her maximum HP. In this state:

• Pyro Infusion: Her Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks are imbued with Pyro DMG
• Masque of the Red Death: Normal Attacks become "Masque of the Red Death", dealing bonus damage that is scaled off her ATK multiplied by her current Bond of Life percentage
  • Each hit consumes 7.5% of her Bond of Life
  • A Bond of Life can be consumed this way every 0.03s
  • When her Bond of Life is consumed in this manner, the cooldown for All is Ash (Elemental Skill) will decrease by 0.8s.

Arlecchino Elemental Skill

All is Ash

Arlecchino unleashed Balemoon Bloodfire, dealing Pyro DMG to multiple nearby opponents and performing a dash-cleave against one of them, dealing AoE Pyro DMG. Enemies struck by this dash-cleave become marked with Blood-Debt Directive. After the dash-cleave, Arlecchino's Bond of Life will be cleared, and she will recover HP equivalent to 100% of the cleared Bond of Life through a passive effect called "Nourishing Cinders”.

• Blood-Debt Directive
  • This mark lasts 30 seconds, dealing a burst of Pyro damage to the afflicted enemy every 5 seconds, for a maximum of 2 instances
  • When Arlecchino uses a Charged Attack or Balemoon Rising (Elemental Burst), she will absorb and clear nearby Blood-Debt Directives that she applied
    • Each absorbed Directive grants her a Bond of Life equal to 65% of her maximum HP
  • Within 35 seconds of using All is Ash, the maximum Bond of Life she can gain through this method is capped at 145% of her maximum HP

Arlecchino Elemental Burst

Balemoon Rising

Arlecchino summons the mighty wings of Balemoon Bloodfire, unleashing a wave of AoE Pyro damage upon surrounding enemies. Upon casting, the cooldown for All is Ash resets, healing her. The amount of healing is based on her Bond of Life value and ATK.

Arlecchino Passive Talents

1. Cinders Alone Shall Nourish

While in combat, Arlecchino gains a 40% Pyro DMG Bonus and can only receive the healing effect through Balemoon Rising. Other healing sources won't work on her!

2. Agony Alone May Be Repaid

This passive offers two benefits related to Blood-Debt Directive:

• Enemy elimination bonus: Taking down an enemy marked with Blood-Debt Directive instantly grants Arlecchino a significant amount of Bond of Life (130% of her Max HP)
• Blood-Debt Due: 5 seconds after a Blood-Debt Directive is applied, it will be upgraded to a Blood-Debt Due. When absorbed, it will instead grant Arlecchino a Bond of Life worth 130%.

3. Strength Alone Can Defend

For every 100 ATK points exceeding 1,000, Arlecchino gains 1% bonus to both Elemental and Physical RES. This bonus has a cap of 20% for each resistance type.

Arlecchino Constellations

1. "All Reprisals and Arrears Are Mine to Bear..."

Masque of the Red Death is further enhanced by 100%. Additionally, Arlecchino's interruption resistance is increased when she performs Normal Attacks while affected by the Masque of the Red Death.

2. "All Reward and Retribution, Mine to Bestow..."

This enhances Blood-Debt Directive in two ways:

• Blood-Debt Directives now begin at Blood-Debt Due when applied, granting a higher chance of obtaining more Bond of Life when Arlecchino absorbs them
• When Arlecchino absorbs a Blood-Debt Due, she unleashes a powerful AoE Pyro attack dealing massive damage (900% of her Attack). This bonus attack has a cooldown of 10 seconds.
  • Note: Unlocking the "Agony Alone May Be Repaid" Passive Talent is required for this Constellation to work

3. "You Shall Become a New Member of Our Family..."

Increases the level of Normal Attack: Invitation to a Beheading by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

4. "Love and Protect Each Other Henceforth..."

When Arlecchino successfully absorbs a Blood-Debt Directive, the cooldown for Balemoon Rising will decrease by 2 seconds and 15 Energy will be restored to her. This effect can occur once every 10s.

5. "For Alone, We Are as Good as Dead..."

Increases the level of Balemoon Rising by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

6. "From This Day On, We Shall Delight in New Life Together."

The damage of Balemoon Rising is increased by Arlecchino's ATK multiplied by 700% of Arlecchino's current Life Bond percentage.

For 20s after Arlecchino uses All is Ash, both her Normal Attacks and Elemental Burst gain 10% increased CRIT Rate and 70% increased CRIT DMG. This effect can be triggered up to once every 15s.

Arlecchino signature weapon

Arlecchino's signature weapon is called "Crimson Moon's Semblance", and it boasts a sub-stat of CRIT Rate, making it ideal for damage-focused characters.

When equipped, this polearm grants a Bond of Life equal to 25% of the character's maximum HP upon landing a Charged Attack. This effect can only be triggered once every 14 seconds. Additionally, having an active Bond of Life grants a 12% DMG Bonus. This bonus increases further to 24% if the Bond of Life reaches 30% of the character's maximum HP or higher.

Adding to the excitement, Arlecchino's signature weapon will transform into a scythe when she has it equipped. This aligns with HoYoverse's recent efforts to diversify weapon designs, as seen with Xianyun's fan-like "Crane's Echoing Call" Catalyst and Navia's axe-inspired "Verdict" Claymore.

Arlecchino received her banner debut in Version 4.6, released on April 24, 2024.
